CALLING ALL PARENTS / GUARDIANS

SPECIAL MEETING to organize the schools involvement in the St Patrick’s Day Parade

We need you to help with the following:

• Make a banner / make flags
• Make plans for music
• Put together costumes
• Work alongside the school staff and the Parents Association
• Organize the children’s participation in the parade

We need your energy for only a few weeks and it will be fun. You can work with us to raise the profile of the school and engage with the local community.

We are delighted to tell you that the School Fun Day and the Women's Mini Marathon raised approx €4000 for the school.  20 women took part in the mini marathon joining 40,000 other participants.  Parents met locally to go walking and running in preparation and put in an excellent performance on the day.

All future Parent Association meetings will take place on the first Wednesday of each month.

The only exception for 2011 will be September 14th, 2011. 

All parents and guardians are automatically members of the association and are welcome to attend all meetings.
